A visible spectrum results in the passage of light
through a glass, crystal or water, disassembling
it in different colors. According to Isaac Newton,
some of that light is reflected and some emerge
as colored bands depending on the different
electromagnetic waves. The spectrum does not
contain all the colors we can see, because some
of them can only be seen by blending different
wavelengths
